you had some ice and some spatulas to a sink of water? A bit of water on the floor, surprisingly little. But, hey the floor needs to be mopped anyway. If you read this Maria, then I am sure you are nodding your head in sympathy! The trade-off - folded a load of laundry, got some more laundry going, straightened a bit, took a shower- with a hair washing (before you call DHR, note that Frank was in the house) and time on the computer. Sometimes I forget how fun the simple things are.
